Atidzhe (79) is a retired tobacco grower and grandmother to Schaban Kiselov, who will soon marry Nefie Eminkova. She has a fairly large house, but in the winter she lives in only two small rooms on the main floor to keep the costs of heating down. Atidzhe still ‘manages’ her household energy by carrying small bundles of wood as needed.
