Vasile Procopiuc holds the ladder while Iulian and Traian from Free Miorita (a local NGO) install a solar panel on the roof of his house. Like 75 other homes in the hills of Argel, Moldovita (Romania), this one has never been connected to the electricity grid. Free Miorita is on a mission to bring electricity to such homes.
