On an income of less than €50/month, Gabor Andorko (81) lives in severe poverty, and fell behind on paying electricity bills. Despite Romanian law that theoretically forbids energy providers from disconnecting vulnerable consumers, the legal framework is weak, and lack of knowledge undermines its application. Gabor's home was cut off a couple of years ago.
